Disable 2FA for certain accounts

I am on Retool Business Annual plan, can I disable 2FA for some accounts? Some are demo accounts for our use, sales team would need to share these accounts so it would be nice to disable 2FA for some accounts. Is that doable? Thanks!

Hi there,

Currently, the solution would be to have an admin go to Settings -> Advanced and make sure 2fa is set to "None" (not required). With this setting, individual users can optionally decide to use 2fa

We don't currently support a way to have 2fa required with exceptions.
