2FA Not Working for the only user on the instance

Current plan level (Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise: Business
Monthly/Annual (if Team or Business): Monthly Non-Profit
Version of Retool (if self-hosted): Cloud

Hey Y'all!

I am having the issue described by @becca Here

I have tried all the steps and still having issues getting in! I am the only user on this instance of Retool at the moment, so I really want to get in and turn off 2FA for now to avoid this happening again!

Update 24h later: Still unable to access my Retool instance at all. Would love some guidance/help, thanks!

Update: Still unable to get in this morning so I emailed support.

Jen at support helped reset my 2FA. I tried to authenticate using the QR code and my Duo Mobile again with no luck on Arc. Same errors shown in the console as Becca's post.

I tried again in Incognito mode on Chrome and was able to get in this way to disable 2FA across the org
