Custom tooltips

Hi, I think I'm being daft, but I'm trying to do 2 things. Add a custom icon/image (a question mark) next to the component label to show it's a tooltip. A bit like the markdown icon next to the Tooltip label

Then from the helper text above, how can I show the tooltip when hovering over the component? I assume I can't do both but I can't seem to find any docs on this.
