Can't sign up on docker deployed Self hosted 3.75.6-stable

Hello @jmann and others,

I have deployed a Self-hosted Retool 3.75.6-stable with Docker version. Everything is running there is only one organization, However, when I want to sign up it throw following error. Additionally, No record added to 'hammerhead_production..users' table.

Issue resolved by deleted records from following tables and sign up.

DELETE FROM source_control_deployment_settings;
DELETE FROM organizations;
