Can't connect to AWS RDS-postgresql

Hey everyone!,
I am trying to connect my AWS RDS - postgresql data with retool, I have added the IP's to security group as inbound and made it public but still the connection fails. I also use username and password authentication.
But still am not able to connect. Any suggestion?

Hi drogon! Please share the screenshot of the exact error messsage. But here are general fixes:

  • Ensure you've added Retool's specific IP addresses to your security group
  • Verify the postgreSQL port is set correctly
  • Make sure the protocol is set to TCP
