Connect to Retool DB with pgAdmin 4

not able to connect pgAdmin to retool hosted DB, connection error when following topic guidance. Any help appreciated.

Try getting rid of the "postgresql://xxxxxxxxx@" so that the host name/address is only "ep-proud......"
Change the database and username to "retool"
