We want to make a dashboard accessible by some users to add more users to be able to view the dashboard, does retool have an api for that ? What can be other ways of doing so if api is not available ?

Unfortunately this is possible to do only with enterprise account. You would make a user interface that connects to retool's API endpoint Retool API | Retool Docs .
As the API is not available outside of enterprise, there is no other way than manual 
I will seem a broken record for the retool team, but I will link my previous feedback on this here (once again)

for jumping in here. That is correct. I went ahead and added a +1 to the request to extend the API key to professional plan.
