Building a helpdesk

Does anyone have recommendations or example on how to built a helpdesk in retool? Integrating a third party helpdesk software or hacking gmail in retool?

Just looking for something super simple that would allow me to track communication and send emails from a project management app I built in retool.

Hmm, are you currently using any specific APIs? You can connect to basically any API in Retool, even if we don’t have a native integration for it.

And do you currently have any blueprints for your app? Would love to see it!

Thanks. No I do not done much so far... I am just trying to decide if I need to implement it myself or use a third-party solution API (I do not know which one yet).
