Builders cannot see AI Assist, but Admin can

  1. Issue:
    1. Builders are not seeing AI Assist, but the admin (me) can
  2. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
    1. Had builder log out and back in
    2. Deactivated and reactivated AI Assist functionality in admin settings
    3. Searched for any other relevant settings at the organisation, user, application level but could not find anything
  3. Additional info:
    1. Cloud hosted

Hey Kean! Thanks so much for flagging!

We’re aware of the bug and are currently working to get out a fix - should be out by EOD today. To get unblocked, you can have an admin assign the new Assist Roleas a permission to the Role or Permission Group that you are assigned
