AI builder on app is not visible on certain account

I currently have issue with my account being not able to access the AI builder and I’m trying to figure out what could be the reason. Though it is visible to others on our team mate but issue with my account only at the moment.

I have made attempt to clear cache, logout, logging in again and tested on different browser but seems like issue with my account only.

Can someone direct me to help resolve the issue

I’m assuming that this could be a bug though. or I can generate support ticket.

Hey Manoj! Thank you for sharing, we’re currently running this bug down. A couple of things that would help us:

  1. Can you send me an email with your org name (just the root URL of the instnace), and the email you are using for Retool?
  2. Can you try refreshing to see if that resolves the issue (we’ve had some success here with other folks)

To close out this thread: we discovered that the reason why Assist was not able to be accessed by non-admins was because the Assist Role was not assigned to users within the groups they are a member of.

For posterity, I’ve included some useful context for other builders who may run into this issue:

For context, the permission structure works as follows:

- Roles define permission scopes (e.g., access to Assist)
- Groups are assigned specific Roles
- Users must be added to those Groups to inherit the permissions
