. Thanks for responding. I just created a new retool org with a different email and when I go to workflow builder, I see "Retool Email" under available options. Maybe I created the account in question too long ago and maybe a backwards compatibility issue could have gone on?
Either way, I think I'll port over my existing DB and resources over to the new retool org. Minor inconvenience on my end, but we have something that works
