Ask AI is not working

Hello everyone,
I’ve been using Retool for a while now and I have to say the platform is really great. However, I can’t seem to enable or use the Ask AI feature. I’m not sure if it’s unavailable by default or if I need to have a higher-tier plan to access it.

Hi @Rodrigue , Welcome to Retool Community !

You don't need a higher-tier plan to use Ask AI in Retool —it's available on the Basic plan as well.

If you're not seeing it, it’s possible that Ask AI is turned off in your account settings.

To enable it, go to Settings > Retool AI > Ask AI and verify that it’s turned on.

It is enabled but when I click on Ask AI, it shows me this.

You need to check within the query to use Ask AI .
