I have been getting response that my AI Assistant configuration is incomplete every time I try to use it in the apps. I have adjusted the configuration and tried different providers multiple times but the issue seems to be persistent. Is there away to fix?
Just to clarify it was working fine a few weeks ago, but randomly started to show this issues when the configuration wasn’t touched.
Sorry to hear that this showed up all of a sudden without config being touched. If you go into the resources tab, can you confirm that your OpenAI and Anthropic resources are correctly configured? If so, can you try just deleting, recreating and relinking them using the dropdown under Assist Tab in AI settings?
For future reference, BYOK will also only be available as part of the enterprise plan. I can’t see your resource config here, but if that’s what you’re currently using, that could also be causing this issue. I’d recommend selecting retool-managed keys for both the Anthropic and OpenAI resource.
