I'm running 3.28.3 in Docker Desktop. I upgraded to the latest with a completely fresh install. The AI resources are not showing up. When I try and use the Chat component I get the following error: AI Actions is not enabled for your organization. Please contact your workspace admin to enable it. Not sure what I need to do to enable it.
I was able to get it to work. I needed to disable AI actions and then re-enable it before the system made them available.
