App folders have disappeared

Resource query works but doesnot appear anywhere in the left menu

We have a resource query, that exists, runs but does not appear anywhere in the left code pane menu. It looks like the Retool ui has lost the display reference to it. This is on prem V3.75. How do we locate where the resource query is and more importantly, why has it disappeared? Thanks
