In our Account Summary section of the Retool Community Forum on the Badges tab, I feel like it would be cool if we had a progress bar that showed how far along we are with Badge completion, given that badge has had progress made toward earning it.
I made and attached a very crude example of what i mean from a screenshot I nabbed from the General Badge information section in the community forum for some context:
This would not only be a cool and interactive feature that would empower and drive our progress as devs utilizing Retool, but also motivate further engagement in the community forum, as well as inspiring a little friendly competition amongst our Retool comrades leading to more useful questions being asked, more solutions being created, more progress all around
Thank you for the awesome suggestion and the mockup! I agree—a progress bar for badge completion would add a fun, motivating element for the community . It’s a great way to foster collaboration among Retool devs and inspire even more valuable contributions.
While we don’t have this feature yet and can't guarantee it will be included, we’re actively planning our roadmap for 2025 and exploring various ways to enhance the community experience. We hope to introduce more fun and motivating elements in the future, even if they may not take this exact form.
