502 error message

Hi Team,

We have been experiencing issues with the Retool dashboard associated with the username [support@sarasanalytics.com] for several days.

When I click on Debug, a 502 error message appears. This problem is impacting our daily monitoring process.

Please resolve this issue and ensure that the error does not recur.

Hi @Sri_Priya - this looks like a connectivity issue where your postgres database may not be configured correctly, timing, or erroring out when Retool attempts to make one of these queries.

If you go to your Resources page (https://yoursubdomain.retool.com/resources) and then select the resource and select "Test connection" as shown in the screenshot below, does it succeed?

What about when you try to connect to this postgres database from your local computer using a SQL UI like https://dbeaver.io/ or other similar tools?
