@ScottR I really appreciate your help and understand that my issue is hard to believe. 
There is nothing in app settings or settings for my instance of Retool. I haven't included a screenshot of my app's queries until now:
Try opening the json exported file in a browser and then search (ctrl F) for utils
once found, search nearby code/lines for any query names

Thank you, @ScottR! I knew I was missing something.
Nearby code in the JSON file (when opened in my browser) pointed me in the right direction. The code with "Show a confirmation modal before running" uses a Google Sheets resource, while I had only previously looked in SQL resources.
I really appreciate everyone's help!
