Version numbers?

Self-hosted Retool Stable releases

Sorry if this is off-topic, but I found this page challenging for finding version numbers. I scanned it, I read it, I scoured other pages for what I was missing, before I realized that the info graphic on this page is actually real versions and not an example.

IMO these pages would benefit from the tabular format most projects use for listing versions. I don't find that the infographic format makes the information any easier to consume. I only finally realized that those are actual latest version numbers when I saw another post from another confused developer.

Hi @Mark_Slade,

Apologies for the confusion! That you for the feedback, we are always trying to make things easier for our users.

So your thoughts are that the horizontal line display in the infographic is confusing? What information were you looking for? The latest live version of Retool?

If you scroll down the page, the the release notes section, the drop down for comparing versions will have the latest version at the top, and allow from self hosted users to check the differences between their current version and other versions.

If you just want to know what is the newest live version for cloud users, we can definitely add a display at the top.
