Currently, the column names appear as uppercase in the output panel. Although there must be an esthetic reason for this design decision, I would argue how this is very inconvenient for detecting the proper casing of column names. I would very much appreciate it if you would revisit this decision or give user the ability to set this casing based on their preference.

Thanks for responding to my question. I was actually referring to the interface of Retool, rather than the table that is exposed to the end user. In my case, I can see the output of a query inside of a panel Retool provides, but all columns are formatted as uppercase, rather than any actual casing. This must be esthetically more appealing, but I personally find it quite distracting and hard to read whenever column names have different casing.
