Unable to view run history for workflows

Hi,

I am trying to view the run history of a workflow and it just hangs on the loading spinner. Screenshot below:

Uh, that's weird. Have you tried incognito to see if there's something with the session that's gone off?

Yeah, tried incognito and tried different browsers. It's only those few specific runs where it happens. Everything else is working OK

@Paulo nope, no loops or JS used. It is only two runs out of many others that don't work.

You can click on many of the runs and see the logs but it gets stuck loading on two specific runs?

Thank you for sharing details! We found those runs, but the reason we are not seeing those logs is because they happened over a month ago.

From our Workflow run logs doc:

"Admins can enable and update the retention period for Run History data from Settings > Advanced > Workflows: Enable Data Retention. The default retention period is 30 days, and the maximum retention period is 90 days."

Let us know if you are experiencing this with any runs from the last 30 days, and we encourage you to increase retention to 90 days.
