Unable to Login on web and retool mobile

I am using an ipad mini 4 on chrome 125 but when i click login on both web and retool mobile, it doesnt load at all and show a blank page.

I checked on the forum and even old version of chrome 114 115 is supported so I'm not sure whats going on.

When i try to login with apple, it says that the organization has not enabled apple login.

Hi @Jiacai_Lau, welcome to the forum! :wave:
We saw a similar issue during Office Hours, it was that Google Chrome has been disabled but still set as the default browser on the iPad. Do you mind checking your device browser settings?
