I'm trying to activate show in mobile but I keep on getting this error of intersection despite no such component on the page.

Hi @Vinyasa_Health, could we try going on Mobile View for the editor?
It's likely that the component is there on Mobile View only.
Update: After some testing, it looks like if there is a component on a different page, on the same spot in the canvas, this error shows up when trying to enable 'Show on mobile'.
