We have 2 environments: DEV and UAT, both undr source control, and where UAT cannot make changes.
An unneeded agent (Customer Agent) was removed from protection on DEV and then deleted successfully, and it is also deleted from source control for the UAT branch. However, on UAT Retool the agent remains and is protected - I have confirmed in source control that it is not there.
As I cannot make changes on UAT, I am unable to remove from protected and then delete. How can I remove this agent?

Let me check with the team and see what can be done.
As a worst case scenario, would it be possible to enable Agent permissions briefly on UAT so that this could be unprotected and deleted in the UI?
I am curious as to why it is appearing if you confirmed in source control that it is no longer there 
Can you share the agent ID?

Wanted to circle back on if you are still having this issue.
If you have the agent name/ID me and your TAM might be able to remove the agent if the GUI to remove is not working.
