UI Feedback: Move the cancel button in "Releases" drawer

Small thing, but the amount of times I hit "Cancel" when trying to use carrot to Publish a release is so embarrassing I'm turning to blaming the UI..... :sweat_smile:

Hey @slaw Haha I'm sure that is super frustrating! They are quite close; I'll flag this to our team
