Add the ability to delete unpublished releases

It would be very nice to be able to delete releases that are not yet published (live); or any...

For instance in the following scenario, say I've mistakenly created the v1.3.0 releases instead of a v1.2.1, there's no way for me to delete that version and create a new v1.2.1 release.
