Tooltip for bracketed expression frequently jumps around and hides

  1. My goal: Hover over a bracketed expression (e.g. {{something.value}}) and see the evaluated output.
  2. Issue: The tooltip frequently jumps around and glitches out, eventually hiding.
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: I have to randomly click around in the input or elsewhere to get it to calm down and persist so it's readable.

This has been happening for a long time; at least a year. I think it's mostly when I'm in the Inspector pane but I think it may happen in the Code pane too.
