Table Summary rows. Overflow and Automatic Width not working properly

  • Goal: Use Summary Row together with Automatic column Width

  • Steps:

  1. I have a table with summary rows and automatic column width.
  2. Automatic width will not take into consideration the summary row, as such it will crop the total
  3. This wouldn't be a big issue if the Overflow worked, but it is buggy and it just appears for a split second before disappearing.

Hey @Darren, any updates on this?

At least fixing the overflow when you hover over the summary row would be great! But I'm really having to add overhead just to show the totals.

Nothing concrete, I'm afraid! The issue has been reported a few different times now and has picked up a bit more traction internally, as a result, but it hasn't yet been picked up for active development. I'll give it a bump!
