Hey @jericsinger - we've recently reprioritized the layout project that Jack mentioned above, but aren't yet ready to share a precise timeline. We recognize that it's a significant pain point, though, and will be sure to give timely updates as they come in!

I am experiencing the same issue. I have tested several different configurations, but none of them appear to resolve the problem. The gift seems to be slower than it currently is; I would say it is 4 times faster than that.
In my case, I am using a SplitPaneFrame component. The right-hand panel retrieves information based on the row selected on the left-hand side of the split frame. The issue occurs when selecting a different row, when attempting to update the comments field, and also after saving the information.
Please refer to the attached screenshot showing the current configuration. The flickering occurs regardless of whether the Spacing/Height setting is configured as Fixed or Auto, and when the Row Height is set to Dynamic.
The current layout for that table is as follows:
Collapsible container → TabbedContainer → Table

Thanks for reaching out, @RafaelEc. We are actively working on the layout project and tentatively hope to ship it by the end of Q2, but we will likely open up beta access before that.
