Startup offers on Account Page

  1. My goal: Remove Startup offers from account pages for users.
  2. Issue: Startup offers appear for users on their account page.
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: This is not something you can troubleshoot.

Hello @Swift,

I believe that the internal app we use to manage the startup offers controls whether that shows for an org (i.e. if their org is in the startup offers table in the cloud DB).

So the most likely solution would be to move from a startup plan to another type of plan. What is your orgs name/domain?
