I want have single click to open another app in same tab and double click for open another app in another tab but while single click it get register and open app in same tab not get a chance to do double click

I don't think you'll be able to get around this. But have you considered a row action button with the classic pop out button for users to open in new tab??

no i was thinking it will be faster enough to just click or double click can't i override the javascript had a timer or something to wait for second click or any other faster way to doing it
