Our self-hosted Retool stopped working on Friday. We haven't been doing any Retool updates, or messing with the VM that it runs on, but it suddenly stopped working at some point between Thursday and Friday.
Running sudo docker-compose ps shows the api_1 and jobs-runner_1 as "exit 1".
We had a similar instance a couple of months ago and I ended up having to restore the VM, out of an abundance of simplicity I did the same thing and we're still having the same issue.
Is there some troubleshooting we can do, or get support involved?
