Summary
On a Retool Cloud Business plan, after maxing out AI credits, an Anthropic key was connected (BYOK) to keep using Assist for app generation, but the error 'Models from Anthropic used by Assist could not be successfully verified' persists despite reloading keys.

Bringing your own key for Assist's app generation is only supported on the Enterprise plan; on the Business plan, Assist requires both OpenAI and Anthropic to be enabled as Retool-managed keys (Settings > AI and Resources > Retool AI). This verification warning is a known, misleading message that Retool surfaces when it checks all BYOK AI resources at the start of a session, even ones not assigned to Assist. To clear it, remove the custom Anthropic BYOK resource and switch the Retool AI resources back to Retool-managed for both OpenAI and Anthropic. Note that because BYOK won't extend Assist app generation on this plan, the underlying credit limit is governed by the monthly AI credit allotment rather than a personal key.

I note that my dedicated Retool Anthropic Key is being called by Retool except not across all models - so if the issue is my business plan doesnt allows this infact it is working but not fully. If I could turn off models at the Anthropic end I would or at the retool end I would but neither seems possible
