My goal: Display custom component
-
Issue: Retool has disconnected the custom library from the multiapp where that library is being used twice in the past week. When this occurs, the custom library’s components appears entirely blank, not showing any graphics.
-
Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: Adding another instance of the custom component will reconnect it to the custom library, allowing for the unneeded addition to be deleted.

It’s a known issue that is going to be fixed soon, hopefully:
Hey @Daniel_Fleuranvil ,
Please try going through the Custom Component build process again starting from the npx retool-ccl login step, following the guide here: Build custom React components | Retool Docs.
Make sure that your export name is correct — this is a common place where things break.
For safety, I recommend deploying version v1 first and checking if it loads properly in Retool.
If v1 works, then continue working in dev mode to proceed with your updates.
You can also confirm whether your custom component is successfully uploaded by navigating to:
Home → Settings → Custom Component Libraries
This will help you verify that the component is available and recognized by Retool.
If anything still doesn’t show up or you get build/loader errors, feel free to share your logs or export name.

happy to help troubleshoot further!
Hey Daniel and team,
Thanks for reaching out on the Retool community.
I saw this question wanted to follow up that this appears to have been rolled out and fixed. Would you mind letting us know if this is still impacting you? If so, we can dive right back into this and see what is going wrong. If its no longer broken, go ahead and mark this as resolved
