Retool DB is timing out everywhere from querying in workflows to even loading the database page.
What could the reason be? I have dependant workflows stuck because of this..
Any help is appreciated.
Hey @ShawnThottan! Looks like your team has reached out via email and received a response regarding this issue a few times over the past couple of months.
This looks to be an issue with a very high influx of requests at once. Our team encourages you to move your workload off RetoolDb if you're expecting high availability since RetoolDB wasn't meant for this kind of workload/high availability. You can host your own Postgres DB scaled to handle this level of querying.
