Random redirect to another tab

When a user navigates within the "Project" tab and switches among applications such as Manpower, Mobilization, Inventory, Timekeeping, and others, they are occasionally redirected unexpectedly to the "Organization" tab.

For a better understanding of the problem, please refer to the recording [link]() and specifically observe the occurrences at seconds 12 and 47.

Is there any chance the users don't have permissions to view certain apps?
