Hello, since yesterday my apps work very “randomly”, data are not displayed on my tables, i have those notifications when i open the apps ": resource query “premature close” i work with google sheets databases. Is it only on my apps? or is it a general issue? Please can you help me?
now it happens when i open my apps on the shared public link (not in the retool editing interface) , and i really need my public links to work

Thank you for reaching out about this! Please can you confirm your Cloud org subdomain (.retool.com) and send me a link to the public app so I can reproduce the behaviour on my side?
Please can you also confirm whether the behaviour is reproducible across edit and view mode, as well as public apps?

i saw it is a general issue, it has been marked solved on “retool status” , but today it is not solved…

@Emmanuelle_S - Thanks for that update. We have reopened the incident and updated the status page (status.retool.com) to reflect this. We are currently investigating.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share an update here. Friday, we deployed some more fixes on our end, and after monitoring through the weekend, it looks like Gsheets queries are in healthy condition. Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues with this. Thank You!
