Even if you have a 1440p monitor, it's really annoying not to be able to popout the area in red to it's own window. This should be similar to developer console in a browser, where you can have in-window, or a seperate window. Also, something similar for the green panel would be good too!

I imagine this could make things a lot nicer to work with, especially if that's how you're used to using editors. I know you're asking to pop out the entire panel, but I just want to post here that it is possible to pop out the code editor by itself in case you (or anybody else) happened to have missed it since that might alleviate some of the frustration.
