I want to display my data in a key value component. However, I can't find the option to make the fields editable as it is in the web version.
This option is available in the web version though.

You're right in the Retool Mobile app, the Key Value component does not currently support editable fields like it does in the Retool Web app.
If you want to enable users to edit values on mobile, this approach is effective and has been helpful in my experience.

First, create a new screen specifically for editing.

Use a form component and set the default values for each input based on the data to be edited.

create an update query and configure it to run when the submit button is clicked.
