I would like to achieve a UI style in key value component to something like this:
What I want is some kind of an indicator on a per key-value pair basis that can serve as an indicator. E.g. showing which field value has changed.
I don't find how to in key value component's native settings. Would like to seek some help from the community. Appreciate.

Since you mentioned that you want to show what value has changed, I wanted to let uou know we're shipping an update to the new key value component that supports editing (should be available in Cloud next week)
Based on your screenshot, it might be easier to switch to the table component so that you can use the dynamic column* background setting
The legacy key value component had cells, similar to the table, but we recently created a new key value component that does not have any cells (and still has pretty limited styling options)
