Module in a published app tries to open another published app. -> Error

The app is not found even though it is published.
With the URL link it works.

Error:
Tried to open "xxxx-xxx-xx-xx-xx", but the app does not exist or it's not publicly accesible.

Hey @Rainer :wave:

Hmm :thinking: I'm not entirely sure I follow here. To make sure I fully understand, you have an app with a published public link and that link is leading you towards an error, correct?

Since I'm not sure if you're comfortable sharing here, would you mind reaching out to Support via chat and sharing the URL link? Thanks a bunch

I have same problem, we have a public app and it has a module in the public app. Inside this module, it will open another public app, but it will give an error message: Tried to open "xxxx-xxx-xx-xx-xx", but the app does not exist or it's not publicly accesible.

@tsuweng

Hey there :wave: Just to confirm, is this module set to be public as well?

Yes, also the module is published

Same situation with you. We have a module try to openApp, and the module is used in another app. It shows the same error message. All are public.

Plz feedback
@lauren.gus @Pawan

It’s been half year from last message!!
And this is a paying product but with so many issues

Hey there @Yusef!

Sorry about the delay with the fix here, there's actually one going out in the next build (2.106.2) which should be released later this week!
