Missing buttons on JSON display in retool database

1. My goal:
   To restore visbility to the buttons to change how JSON is displayed within the viewer

2. Issue:
   When you select a cell in JSON/JSONB column, you get a little modal open with the display in one long string. There are two buttons at the bottom left of that display that change this into something parsable for human eyes. They are currently invisible, but still exist and can be activated by clicking.

3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
   None - there's nothing I can do AFAIK (other than mess on with the CSS everytime I use it)
