Microsoft SQL Resource will not connect

  1. My goal: Restore connection to Microsoft SQL server
  2. Issue: 2 weeks ago I attempted to update our Host SQL server and it failed, I reverted the host name in the resources form of the cloud version of retool to the old Host but now neither the new SQL server nor the existing SQL server will connect
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: I have established no changes were made to the previously working SQL server and have used Azure Data Studio to verify the new SQL server will work with the port and username credentials being used in the resources tab.

Also have created new resource a couple of times and had same end result of a timeout in connection

Also talked to Office hours yesterday but no official word on ideas to resolve

Both SQL resources are in Azure, the old one worked for 12+ months before trying to switch to the new SQL server, reverting back on that resource was unsucessful
