We are receiving intermittent connection issues with our MS SQL resources to our on-site server.
We have whitelisted Retool IP's, checked error logs, checked settings and can't figure out why this is happening.
This started all of a sudden towards the end of January and we don't believe anything was changed on our server / router around that time. This issue is still ongoing and makes our apps unusable.
We have been discussing with support but none of the suggestions have worked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you seeing these errors? This works occasionally? In your MS SQL logs, do you see anything notable?
Yeah it mainly fails but occasionally connects successfully.
We initially noticed this when our apps and workflows stopped working, we then tested the connection in resources and found that if we press the button 10 times possibly 6-7 times it would fail and 3-4 would be successful.
We queried the database locally and never have any issues, we have also checked our firewall and all retool's IP are allowed.

Also, would you mind sharing your resource's firewall rules? A screenshot would be great, but if not possible, anything you can share would be appreciated
