Issue when creating or editing an app in Retool

< Dear Retool Support Team,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while working in our Retool workspace.

Whenever I attempt to create a new application or edit an existing one, an error occurs and I’m unable to proceed.

Here are the details of the issue:

  • Action: Creating a new app or editing an existing app

  • Result: An error message is displayed

  • Environment: Chrome + Windows 10

  • Retool version: 3.267.0

This behavior blocks me from progressing with application development. Could you please investigate and advise on the next steps?
