Is it possible for us to add a Zendesk chat icon option to our app? So our users could submit support tickets to our internal support team?

Right now utilizing slack with Zendesk isn't ideal and we'd prefer for our internal users to submit support tickets in our internal tool in Retool.

You can add any icon and have it link to another tab outside of the Retool application. That would be the quickest way

We're wanting to keep that processes within Retool if possible because I'm not sure where we would link that icon out to. We use Guru for our knowledge base so we can't link to the Zendesk help center.

Do you know if it's possible to have a support submission form within Retool?

You would most likely have to use a Zendesk API and/or Guru API to connect to each and build a form in Retool to manage and view that information (submit ticket/update ticket, etc.)
