Hi, I just want to know if retool can help us with this.
We built templates in google sheets that we would like a non-member of the company to use, but we don't want them to make a copy of our templates and share it with others. We also want to have full control of their data after if they use our templates.. Is this something retool can help us with, and how?

You can disable the Download/Print/Copy features for Viewers and Commenters but as soon as someone has "edit" access they are able to make a copy.
You could embed the sheet and hide the header part which makes it more difficult but not impossible.
I don't see how retool plays into this unless you build the templates IN retool :))
