I can’t upload files on public app, authentication pops-up

Hi :slight_smile:,

i have a public app with a dropzone component.

As a public user, when wanting to upload a file the authentication screen pops up: "Authentication Failed – Missing User Token"

  1. I have already tried to bypass this using Retool Storage query - not working
  2. I have tried to write a custom query using Retool API key - not working

Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hello @Momo!

What type of authentication do you have set up for user auth? Are you using custom auth or something like Google SSO?
