How can I send more than 120 emails per hour? I’d obviously be willing to pay more, but I need to know if it’s possible—and if it is, what steps I need to follow.
Hi @Diego_Burgos,
The 120 emails/hour limit in Retool is due to rate limits on Retool's built-in email service (which I believe uses SendGrid under the hood). Currently, there is no paid upgrade path (as of now) to increase the limit directly through Retool.
Once you get over 120/hour you probably want your own solution anyways. Most providers are not too difficult to setup. To list a few: Gmail API, Outlook / Microsoft 365, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, etc.
Gmail is my preferred for smaller quantities and SendGrid for bulk as in your case. They have a free account you can test, then upgrade to a paid plan.
Once you make your selection, feel free to reach out and someone here will be sure to help if needed.
Welcome to the community, @Diego_Burgos! Like @Shawn_Optipath mentioned, I definitely recommend looking into dedicated providers for your email needs. Let us know if you have any specific questions about setting that up!
