I've noticed that description and image preview appeared with my retool app link. Great news!
But how to change that info?
You can't directly edit meta tags (like description or image preview) in a Retool-hosted app. To customize them, create a separate HTML page with your own meta tags and redirect it to your Retool app. Then share that custom page’s link instead. This way, you control how the preview appears on social media or chat apps.

Don’t you think that’s a slightly complicated way to do it?
There weren’t any meta tags until yesterday. In my opinion, we should either have the ability to customize tags within Retool or hide them entirely.
Its would be a nice feature. @Darren

It was a problem but it got a blocker for us now.
Our external app users started to see these Retool meta tags with any link they receive.
How to fix that?
Ah thanks for the update and additional context, @Oleksandr_Dovgopol. We initially updated the meta tags on cloud URLs in order to reflect some of our current + upcoming product updates, but I can certainly see how the resulting link preview might disrupt an otherwise white labeled user experience.
